This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued by Atlas Europa.

1. Service Fees

Service fees paid to Atlas Europa are generally non-refundable once processing has begun.

This is because administrative work begins immediately after payment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Visa refusal by embassy (We may process another country without Service Fee, for one time only)
  • Client provides false documents
  • Client withdraws application after processing has started
  • Client fails to attend embassy appointments
  • Client changes plans after processing begins

3. Possible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Atlas Europa is unable to start the service
  • Payment was made in error
  • Duplicate payment occurred

Refund approval is subject to internal review.

4. Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to third parties such as:

  • Embassies
  • Visa centers
  • Universities
  • Immigration authorities

are not refundable by Atlas Europa.
