This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued by Atlas Europa.
1. Service Fees
Service fees paid to Atlas Europa are generally non-refundable once processing has begun.
This is because administrative work begins immediately after payment.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Visa refusal by embassy (We may process another country without Service Fee, for one time only)
- Client provides false documents
- Client withdraws application after processing has started
- Client fails to attend embassy appointments
- Client changes plans after processing begins
3. Possible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered if:
- Atlas Europa is unable to start the service
- Payment was made in error
- Duplicate payment occurred
Refund approval is subject to internal review.
4. Third-Party Fees
Fees paid to third parties such as:
- Embassies
- Visa centers
- Universities
- Immigration authorities
are not refundable by Atlas Europa.
